A simple google search would...
A simple google search would tell you no. Not even close. What is that in the background? It really is quite strange.

the four-star base,
rather than the now required five, suggests you have a pre-1980 piece. Unless, of course, the base is not original to the chair?

Kozy for an Eames Chair
Brilliant! One would never want to sit upon a cold Eames chair and this furry kozy is the answer, plus for moving it is also ingenious. Perhaps the base should be cleaned up BUT please never touch the top, God (if there is one) knows what experiences lay beneath the furry red kozy,

Background
The background is a sculptural piece by famed artist, designer, man-about-town, and suspected playboy secret agent Gianni Sacca di Frutti. As is the matching velvet tufted swivel chair.
di Frutti's furniture often come up with attributions to other, similar designs. Some would argue this is because di Frutti copies them - I argue the opposite. Few designers have explored the scope of art and design as thoroughly as di Frutti, who did so in a vigorous manner, thrusting his creative process into all aspects of design. Whether it is furniture, garments, lighting design, porcelain figurines, erotic installation art, or scat jazz performances di Frutti's work is characterized by a fullness, a thick swollen quality that fills the forms and threatens to burst them at the seams.
The chair is Tufted Boudouir Office Chair in Vixen Red Velvet. It was designed for a series of high end brothels in Amsterdam, which is undoubtedly where yours came from. Very few survived the repeated cleanings with chlorox bleach.
The sculpture is Balls/Red and Pink/Powder Please I'm Chafing. How on earth the owner of the chair was able to convince the Tate Modern to allow them to photograph is an amazing feat unto itself.
