Picked this up in a Boot fair. It has a "Made in Italy" sticker on the base. Chair swivels and tilts, not sure what the long lever does. Can anybody help?

Knockoff
It looks like a knockoff. The arms should be a single square/round piece that screws into the frame with two screws underneath. Also, the seat should have two buttons on the seat, not four. The legs also look wrong -- there should be a chrome or a black cap on top of the legs of the chair -- it's shouldn't all be the same metal.
