My opinion of Adrian Pearsall sofas
has been forever colored by the one that I bought with the intention to reupholster it for my daughter, who liked the shape of it. In removing the old fabric, I found that it was made rather strangely with cheap, thin plywood where there should have been webbing. Also, some parts were upholstered before assembly, making it much harder to reupholster than a sofa made the conventional way. I ended up getting rid of the whole thing.
Now I see them and just think how junky they are.

I had a similar one I just sold for $900 on CL.
I like his work. BUT... this sofa maxes out the funk factor.
If you have one, the rest of your furniture better be high end and simple or it screams...
I ONLY HAVE THIS SOFA BECAUSE I CAN"T AFFORD SOMETHING ELSE.
