I want one, dammit. I know this could go on the Radar. But honestly, I'd rather have a recent production for the Akari store rather than an early example. Anyone have one or know of a vendor who has one?

Why I didn't spend $150 on one a couple years back I've no idea.

Not sure which model you are looking for, but unicahome is somewhat cheaper than Akari.

Not in very good condition as you said. But even in perfect condition, I just don't think I'd want a vintage example. Too fragile. I've seen a few go for $2kish and up via Wright which is bizarre to me. I'm a vintage, vintage and more vintage guy. But when it comes to paper or bubble lamps, I'm quite content with a newer production.
Still looking for one if anyone has a lead...
