Need your help with identifying this italian chair

Does anyone recognize this chair? I was told that this was an italian chair, made in 1960's. No tags or marks.

Any input would be helpful. Thank you for your help.

Does anyone know this chair? Designer? manufacturer? Have been scouring internet to find something similar, but no luck 🙁
