This chair has a rectangular white tag stapled to the bottom that says, "Knoll International Inc. 655 Madison Av. New York, NY." I think this might be only the distributor?
The wheels each say "Kevi" and "Made in Denmark" on the underside (metal) of each of the four. I used to have a bent plywood Kevi chair for Rabami Stole, but this one is upholstered and has the slight back-tilt look in the design.
The "tilt" is not an adjustable one but is in the design.
Any specifics on what this could be would be awesome.

It looks like a Bruce Hannah / Andrew Morrison chair for Knoll
from the early 70s, but I've never seen one without arms, and I can't find an example on the web of a Hannah/Morrison swivel chair with those two-wheel Kevi casters; they all seem to have single-wheel casters.
Here's a photo of the Hannah/Morrison chair:

Thanks ...
Thanks fastfwd. That's great work. The backrest on mine
adjusts both back and forth and up and down. I was goofing
around with it one day, and the backrest literally comes off.
But you can easily put it right back on. These adjustments
are real convenient via a plastic flap (for the lack of a better word) with hole adjustment choices in it that seat around a metal protruding post on the metal arm that runs from the seat to the back rest.
