OK, folks, who can help us solve this mystery? This is a lovely teak dining table with oak apron and oak legs. Marked with the George Tanier stamp (notably NOT the version with Sibast Mobler under the George Tanier logo...)
We assumed Arne Vodder at first, but the fact that Sibast isn't on the stamp...??? Those legs also look so Finn Juhl-ish. And maybe kinda sorta Harry Ostergaard, but the details on this table are more rounded and finer than his stuff, I think. The apron and leg detail is so unusual, I feel like we should be able to figure this out, no?
I'll upload photos of the GT stamp as well as the other markings. Perhaps someone will recognize the numbering system to a specific maker? I'll also upload some various construction detail photos.
Thanks for your help!
