Hi there! This may not be the coolest and prettiest piece of lighting that you or I have ever seen, but it holds a special place in my heart. I have had it for a few years and it has been installed in different spots in the places that I have lived in. It was a thrift store find. I have been trying to find out who made it and maybe who designed it, but without any success. Having been around designer and higher end lighting for most of the last decade, I am able to tell that it is a quality piece that was well made. I am 99% it is italian because of the only marking that Ican find on it; inside the canopy there is a sticker that reads in Italian and in English-see pics. The glass disc is about 16" in diamter. The white cone part is also made out of glass. and it covers a perforated aluminum diffuser. It uses a standard bulb. Do any of you have any thoughts on the company that made this? Or any idea at all about it ? Thanks in advance.
