My Pilastro is a bit rusty...

Tell me doctor, what should I do?
No, serious: I've come to own a little Pilastro wall rack, two uprights, 3 shelves (one is a perforated, slanted piece).
Two out of three are badly damaged with rust, though be it in a few large isolated spots.
It's to far to appreciate it's authenticity and as I am not planning to sell this, I'm looking for a solution so this can go up the wall.
