I just got word from a McCobb expert who said that mine is not one. He said that McCobb only did a planner group desk, in that style.
If it had dug-out pulls it would look like the Saarinen-Eames desk.

I just found it on THIS forum. I have always had a crush on those handles, SMGSwank. I mourn deeply. Anybody have some to photo with a measuring tape along side? Robert1960 - I was the Weekday man running that small California modernism shop that you mentioned in the linked thread. The ?brick and mortar? store is closed down. The pulls on your desk are the same I have on a credenza that is Glenn of California - Arcadia, so I believe they are original....

I saw one that had the same pulls on 1st dibs but I have been in such a hurry that I dismissed them as being brushed stainless and smaller while mine are chrome. They are pretty freakin' lame. The proportion is all wrong. Anyway,I do appreciate the info, good to know. Anyone with those wood shingle handles on a beat dresser should contact me.
