Looking for Gerald Thurston Reflector Tension Lamp for Lightolier

All,

I am in desperate need to find the aforementioned lamp for a client of mine. If anyone knows where I can find one, please let me know. In case you don't know which lamp I am speaking about, here's a recent example on eBay:

We have one
...but I can't recall what lamp configuration it has. I think there are a couple of the lamps with expanding arms, but don't know if it has the uplight. It's in storage. I'll check it out today and let you know.

Here it is
No up light, but 3 adjustable lamps, one with the scissor extension arm.
