I saw a recent post
about damaged leather. Simon at the Danish Homestore suggested a tannery near him to replace the leather. Whilst I appreciate it's replacing, as opposed to restoring, it might be worth approaching a few tanneries?

i think i've mentioned it before here, but here's the link again. they created a custom colored filler and stain (matched to an armrest i sent in) for my eames 670 to fill in some cracks and touch up faded color. it's been 2 years and everything looks great, despite daily use.
