I've seen this one attributed to Westnofa on various occasions, but can't confirm that through any personal experience.

Very helpful. I couldn't seem to find any further examples/attributions apart from the one you've just shown me but I'll keep looking. Coincidentally, one just popped up on eBay today too. Same detailing around the armrest and the screw holes are in the same place too.
