don't know the make, but hey do have a certain quality to them. i myself am not to fond of the overstuffing on the padding (although it makes the piece what it is).

i would say late seventies, they are definitly not knock offs, just anonymous pieces, i think.
if you like them, keep em. designwise i don't think they are terribly valuable.
