Greetings all!

I grabbed a pair of yellow Gainey planters (to compliment my white Gainey planters) from my favorite charity store. I plan to visit the handsome fellows at the nursery for a bit of flora and fauna after lunch. I'll wear pink.

With love,

Your Aunt Mark

ps the planters are in perfect shape.

pss I probably should return and grab the white Gainey (same size as the yellow), but it was kind of crusty..and I'm getting too many plants on the patio.

your Marc Creates sculpture still looks great (place and condition). Thought it might get more crusty being outdoors.
Got a huge collection of Polish crystal glass glasses (tumblers and pint size). Really lovely and great in the hand. Probably a wedding present (still labeled). Mark has a thing for planters I have a thing for glasses.

Picked this up today. No idea what where when how but I liked it.
Any ideas on origin? French Deco? Scandanavian? Its a flat weave Kilim type rug.

Jangada or Captain's Chair by Jean Gillon for WoodArt. Solid Brazilian  rosewood frame, netting support in good condition but leather needs replacing.

On the subject of planters, I finally pulled the trigger on a Modernica Case Study planter (large white). I'll probably use it short term to winter a rosemary bush currently in the garden.
Also added to my Johannes Andersen collection with a pair of Uldum teak dining chairs via craigslist. Well, at least internet attribution to JA. They have the Uldum tag, but I have not found any definitive source for being designed by JA.

Damp is perfect potting conditions for the Rosemary bush.

Excellent finds, all!
Got it from Craigslist yesterday. Not exactly vintage since it is the 2007 Santos Palisander Edition.
But, super happy, none the less. We have been wanting this piece for long time.

Lovely chair!
Today I bought for fifty cents (same as when new) a magazine chock-full-o cigarette advertisement and interesting articles from back in the good old days.
Best,
Aunt Mark

But yesterday I bought a 6 little plants for my new yellow planter. I was thinking that I wanted to go with a yellow and lime green combo...as they would then blend with my sartorial choices. I wore a printed pair of shorts that I like. Yes.

OH!
I left these in the car. Two linen pillows for the patio. The bird pillows are starting to irritate me. I think.
thoughts?,

the whole tableau works. It works better with the sea horses. And the shorts? Might not play in Corvallis, Or. right now (fall and all) but for you? For there? For sure.
