Finally got my favorite clock by Braun. The ABW 41 Domodisque. The quality of this one feels substantially different than most. Super thin and I love the weight and the metal used in its production.

That is a great looking clock. I might need to start looking for one of those.
I just got a Mogensen six shelf cabinet to go with the Mogensen dresser and vanity that I have.

Picked up two kilims for my living room and now am trying to decide on which one to keep, any thoughts?
The room will be painted a very pale grey and the sofa has a new white cover in the works.

@Grendel- SECOND photo (darker rug), definitely.

I like the one in the room setting. I think the rusty brown one is a more common patterns in kilims (and I also don't care for the colors). The other one just looks more interesting to me.

Not sure if I'm a fan of a rug in this situation at all. But I'm with Spanky here. That darker one just feels like it would weigh the room down. Too many brown and rust tones that are already present with the lounge chair and LCW.
The other one in the room opens it up a bit more. Little more color play and vibrance. I also like how the diamond pattern mirrors and plays off the pillow you have on the sofa.

But the sofa will be white.....

Hello, I'm new to this forum, although I have read and followed comments in the past. Great information!! I was so excited to see the Adrian Pearsall catalogue link, after going online today to the site and seeing that it was no longer available. Anyway, I've been interested in MCM pieces and design for a while. Years ago when I was decorating my bachelorette pad, I grabbed a pair of lounge chairs from my parents basement that I thought had great lines, had them reupholstered and years later, find that they are from Florence Knoll's 1954 collection!! I plan on having them reupholstered in Knoll fabric in the future.
Back to The Last Thing I Aquired, Saturday night I saw this posting on Craigslist and couldn't believe it!! Reached out to the seller. She was having a yard sale yesterday and I asked her to please let me know if she sold them otherwise I would come today to buy them. Luckily she didn't have much yard sale traffic on her street and it was Father's Day. Here is the posting and the pics she sent me. They are actually in better shape than they look in the pictures. I'm very excited!! $100 for all 3!!
