jdip...
I didn't know what it was when I picked it up. It was more about it's lovely worn in look, and the fact that it was abandoned by someone. As for value, I got a quote today, from the "hospital" and it'll take about $375-425 to replace it's missing parts. Add $100-200 to ship it there...and same to send it back. I have to think about this. Like, seriously.

Your panda looks entirely too real.

Woody,
your panda is anemic. He looks like he needs a juicy burger or two.
Niceguy--doggies are adorable.
Mark, those little casseroles are perfect for making one of our national dishes, rosti, which are very, very fancy hash browns.

better late...
Just picked up this "pile" today. It appears to be wearing it's original cookie monster costume in greenish. Base is in perfect condition as are the original tags/branding where it's marked as Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin. You folks have any suggestions on what to do with the fabric? Besides a weed wacker or a pair of scissors, I mean. Oh, $20.

Ooo!
Remove the fabric and replace with something soft and wooly and very textural (but not hairy).

You seem to a certain joie de vivre and savoir-faire. Your comment about The Kids is greatly appreciated.

Why thanks Riki!
That sounds yummy, and I so enjoy everything fancy...especially Liberace and SDR. Now this morning, I stopped into the local florist...and walked out with a bit of flora (or fauna?). I wore pink.
Hi,
Aunt Mark
ps I will research the recipe. dinner @7:30pm.

Lovely Gainey planter, rosewood.
It makes my moss covered pot look like early american dog shit.
Best,
Aunt Mark

Today
I went to the lighting store and bought a new lampshade for an old lamp in my guest bedroom. I tried it on (as a stylish hat) before purchasing.
Fondly,
Your Aunt Mark

Thx
Thanks for the kind words, Mark, but don't be hard on your planter. There is something stylish about moss covered objects. Maybe all that brown color surrounding it hides it beauty.

little different
I have seen these previously quite often but 1) they are always beat to death and 2) these are peaked, not round. Never seen another like that. They had weird vinyl covers also that I guess protected them somewhat, kinda cool.
