hi forum,

I'm looking for one arm for a knoll pollock chair. I'm looking for the left arm. There are none listed on eBay at the moment. Anyone have any thoughts where I could find one?

What? Don't you have a Left Arm Store where you live?
What kind of a podunk town do you come from, anyway?

🙁
No left arm store, although I do live in Brooklyn, so it wouldn't surprise me if one eventually opened!

?
Would you consider removing (amputating) the right arm, and recreating the beauty into an armless Pollock chair?
Best,
Aunt Mark

Yes. . .
I've thought of that. But I'd prefer it as an armchair if I can find an arm for a reasonable price. I'm also on the hunt for a pollock chair in bad shape that I can use for pieces. . .

Hi
You may be able to find a cheap chair in shabby condition on eBay or locally.

Yes
Unfortunately, the left arm on those junk chairs is cracked.

Since you are in process of restoring/fixing one of these chairs, I have one too that I have been trying to take it apart to fix the upholstery. Do you know or know of a site that would show how to do it - you would be a great help. Thanks in advance.
