its real !!!!! some people staple the lables on cause over the years they fall off and they know the new customer wants them real bad ,
That chair is worth about 75 tops so dont overpay.

Looks good to me
though I've only owned this chair with a pedestal base & also the molded plywood leg version, so I'm not all that familiar with the metal legs on this example.
