I didn't buy these but they are exactly the same.
I think they would be Dutch, maybe by Pastoe or WeBe, or maybe Hovmand Olsen, they are unmarked and were originally upholstered with black skai on the seat.

Could be topform, but it's strange that all the chairs on websites in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany that have somewhat like the same shape of the original Hovmand Olsen chairs are called Hovmand Olsen chairs, while I think they are not. Or maybe Olsen made several models.
Still like them, but would like to get some more info on the chairs.
