Jeremiah
Son, learn that when you have been spotted, leave it alone.
You've had bad listings, let them be, admit to nothing and move on and then you never admitted to anything and there's no consequence.
But keep pushing the point of your integrity? Oh Cheney, when will you learn to shut up and move on?
Or...keep the holly speech going, and reap the rewards of your pants being caught down.
Dealt with Jeremiah
I've dealt with Jeremiah in the past five years or so, usually in the form of him responding to my own sale ads with ridiculously lowball offers, and/or a condescending and false 'appraisal' of my goods.
And once in person when he stopped into my modern shop. I doubt he has a memory of it but how could I forget those green nylon shorts and lemon yellow sneakers?
While certainly driven I've found him nothing but unprofessional, from personal interactions to his incessant online postings of one item with dozens of unrelated photos tagging along.
All that said I can think of nothing more fitting than for him to have his own 'reality' show. Godspeed.
Jdip
Jdip if your browsing eBay for MCM and see a medicore piece with a high starting bid, then click on it and when try to find the better and different photos of said item but instead find 20 pointless photos of a warehouse full of much better pieces and paragraph of text hyping their new show - you've got it!
Really I only knew of Jeremiah because of his strange ebay listings, almost no photos of what's actually listed but tons of disconnected photos showing an old building filled with MCM (and always the photos of the warehouse show some great pieces, but oddly the listings are never for anything spectacular - at least in my experience.)
Offhand I can't remember his EBay ID but I do believe he's in Maine, so enter a Maine zip code, search under "nearest to" for MCM and I'm sure you will find him in short order.
The huge photo stream of his warehouse always put me off. It made me think he believes rather than offering good, high resolution photos or details about the item he's actually selling - giving some vague evidence that he has lots of awesome original pieces should suffice.
When I first stumbled upon his listings and saw all the disconnected photos I thought maybe they were there because it was part of some huge selection of listings he was offering - oh most of this stuff in the photos must be for sale, why else would they be posted? Nope, I checked other items he had for sale and it was just a handful of stuff, nothing like in the photos.

SpacePirate no good reader
Yes, we sit around all day here and criticize people who sell stuff -particularly MCM. Obviously they should just give it to us. Nevermind the fact more than half the posters here sell or are dealers of MCM. We are just giving Jeremiah a hard time because he sells stuff, can't have anything to do with his underhanded dealings, inflated prices, ignoring facts and proof if he thinks it will effect the value, trying to pass of crap by associating with better stuff and all round shitty behavior.
