Italian floor lamp, but what exactly?

I know this is Italian, since also the big bulb is form the brand 'Ilesa'.
But I'm getting lost between Reggiani, Sarfatti and I don't know how many Italian lamp designers there were in that time? Anybody can clench my curiosity?

I'd wager that it originally had an opaque shade, too.
... because the area surrounding the socket is nothing you'd really want visible.
