The manufacturer of your chair is J.O. Carlsson Möbelindustri in Vetlanda, Sweden. My guess is that they were designed by Karl Erik Ekselius who made most of their stuff...

I would
Set a reserve (i.e. "insurance") at $500. Anything less would be uncivilized.
