I found a lounge chair at a thrift shop...  

and i dint know the age. I do know that it is older. The chair was reupholstered and the ottoman has the original leather. My main question is the base- it has five aluminum legs, but the top of the base that connects to the seat doesn't look like the ones I have seen. Instead of being a star shaped piece with four bolts, there is a square piece of metal with bends and three bolts down each side. The otooman has the same type of setup. I do not see any other holes where this might have been changed. Does anyone know if this is a vintage Eames chair or a vintage copy? Thanks Robert
