Looks great, SDR-
Now, there's an interesting room with all sorts of unusual, idiosyncratic elements, that I'd really like to snoop around. Love the floating shelf, all the models, the branches, not to mention the lighting. A real person lives here.
(Sometimes modern rooms can be so dull & predictable-- Eames chair? Check! Nelson lamp? Check! Nelson clock? Check! Hup, two, three, four.)

Thank you !
This was the drawing that preceded everything except the low cabinet at right (last photo, above). The book beam, sofa, and table in foreground were completed before I ran out of steam -- now it's filled with models, a Stickley-clone rocker, and other detritus. That's a fake log pile at left, concealing the radiator; an equally fake fireplace is out of sight at far left, and a flat file at center. On the ceiling is another intervention, a flat cardboard tray concealing the detestable and universal ceiling fixture.
The sliding doors on the bookcase were deleted, along with the two flat 1-bys that would have carried them. The notches for these 14-foot planks can be seen in the frames of the case, in the photos. The eye-level library is a blessing -- and it creates a cozy sub-space beneath where the happy owner rests, either enjoying an elevated western horizon from the window or the TV across the room. A concealed reading light hides behind the bookcase above.

Some particle-board "brick," and the happy owner.

Yep -- ol'
fuzzy-face. By "owner" I mean "owner of the improvements" -- if that's what they are. I rent. After 25 years, with rent control, the studio apartment is $801.22 -- in the (leafy) middle of a major city. I ain't movin' now !
