History of Design (Book Advice)  

Hi,
I would like to buy a book on the history of design. I already owns the wonderful "Megg's History of Graphic Design" so the focus should be on industrial design now. After some research I've found two titles:

"History of Modern Design" by David Raizman (Prentice Hall / Lawrence Kings Publisher)

"Design. The History, Theory and Practice of Product Design" by Bernhard E. Burdek (Birkhauser)

What do you think about these books? Can you suggest to me some other titles?
