Does anyone know the name and/or date of this Heywood-Wakefield design?

I'm answering my own question, but...
if you have any additional information, I'd like to have it.
So, according to a kind member of the gomod message boards, this style is the Cadence Line, and it was a flop when introduced around 1957, "because the entire line was finished in a charcoal-like gray/green color. (also nice to note the drawers usually had a strikingly painted robin's egg blue finish on the interior.) They are considered a rarity, but really only worth the something if they had been completely refinished (like this one has been)".
The one I recently bought is as described, greenish in color with drawer interiors painted a striking robin's egg blue.
