Misinformation, that's an export label for the Toronto HM distribution center, the shells were still the same ones made in the USA, the same ones shipped from Zeeland.

I've never seen that "H" before, but I don't think there is any reason to think the shells are fake.
Perhaps LuciferSum knows what the V stands for.

Most shells from Vitra just have a "V", and the one on your shells looks exactly like the real deal. I've never seen a Miller logo like that though, but no one knows all the variations.
