Help please. Who is the designer of this easy chair?  

You should go looking to see if you can find a marked one. Here is one on Lauritz described as a Svend Skipper. Of course, the listing is already not completely accurate, as best I understand it, because the model that looks like Wegner's Papa Bear was Svend (the Skipper bit coming from Skippers Møbelfabrik), and this chair is not the Svend.
