Help Identify Hollywood Regency? Dragon Silver/Copper Lamp  

Could you please help me identify this lamp. ANY information would be helpful. Year, maker or similar lamp, style.
1. It is VERY heavy cast metal. (bronze, brass, copper 25lb?)
2. A magnet will not stick anywhere.
3. It is plated in copper (but it show no green tarnish so possibly gold?
4. The body is plated in silver (and worn off in places)
5. The base appears to be a ceramic? or similar material.
6. Original cord and plug and socket.
7. Uses a super large bulb.
8. There is a F on the switch knob. I can find absolutely no other markings.
9. It appears to be unmolested.
10 I believe the art is of a dragon possibly killing a Peacock.
