Perhaps you could add the words "Horrible Colonial Moderne" to your ebay listing or whatever.
Why on earth ask for i.d. when you have very clearly already i.d.'d it???

Looking for real people to help. We picked it up for from an associate and wanted to know what model it is or if it belonged to a series. We've looked everywhere and can't find it... even with a google image search.

That is pretty durn ergly.

Someone did a poor job of...
Someone did a poor job of refinishing it (looks like it was stained as well). The pulls are OBVIOUSLY not original.
Not one of the nicest HW designs, probably made for institutional use originally.

Thanks for your info, the institutional use makes sense as to why we can't find any info on it.
... and yes, bad refinish job and ugly pulls... but I kinda like the look.
