Help with ID of chair similar to Arne Wahl Iversen

Hello I just found this beautiful chair and it has some resemblance to a chair designed by Arne Wahl Iversen.
But it's a bit sleeker. The Arne Wahl Iversen chairs are more bulky the one I found is more elegant (in my opnion).
And what kind of wood would I be made of?
Hope someone can get me in the right direction.

detail of wood color difference on the back
that doesn't happen in teak does it? Could it be walnut?

It does look like teak and yes it does happen. Most often that cut/board/timber would not be chosen by the maker unless intentional. In this instance the chair will always have a cushion so it would not ever be displayed.
