Hi everyone! I have a friend that has found a chair like the one pictured. My question is... what chair is it/ who designed it? I think I've seen one like it before, but I'm not too sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and Happy Holidays!!!

Not exactly, but
it's a close match ... the Walter Knoll Turtle Chair. Except the feet ... you might be able to get it on swivel feet, not sure.
Also if you want a cheap imitation, the SKRUVSTA by Ikea is similar.
