Looks real to me.
Price is on the high side, though, especially if he also wants to charge you $150 for shipping. There's an identical one on Ebay right now for $285 that you can probably ship cross-country via Greyhound for less than $75.
Neither chair appears to have any broken welds or other issues, but of course the photos are pretty small. No matter who you buy from, you should ask the seller whether his chair's been repaired or repainted. And make sure that he's showing you photos of the chair that he's going to send you; Metro Retro has a dozen or more of those chairs for sale.
