From the photos, they look vintage to me, and I don't believe there were any vintage knock-offs of the CH37.
The only thing that seems slightly off is the cord diameter (appears to be larger), but they could have been re-corded at some point in the past.

They look like authentic CH3...
They look like authentic CH37's to me, like cdsilva said they seem to have been recorded.

It looks more like natural rush
than anything, so probably was a re-do.
