I agree with AC, it would be good if there was a bit more discussion about contemporary design/designers.

Jasper Morrison gets a good share of attention but I think he'll be recognised in years to come as being very very good. The prices and the way they've been marketed don't excite me too much but the designs themselves, I wish I could afford them.
I'm a bit torn though between appreciating celebrity designers and heroic architects...the media shines a very narrow beam on what the industry is and sadly I think a lot of consumers of design only think as far as what they are presented with in this very easy glamorous package.
