The
The doors are unlike any GPlan design, and there is a blue plaque inside the cupboard..which is Nathan( or perhaps Schreiber if the piece is a bit later)
It might sound picky, but I don't think any unfinished auction can be described as a bargain..most people tend to bid at the end these days
Not that I think it is worth much at all, one of the doors has dropped out of line..not something you would normally see on a better quality G Plan piece 🙂
Note
that both doors are askew, one up and one down. This indicates that the piece is twisted as it sits -- the floor is not a flat plane. Adjusting the levelers (if present) or shimming is the indicated Rx (remedy). Extra-wide doors are extra vulnerable to this problem (and to sagging over time, of course; Euro [cup] hinges can be easily adjusted; most others require various fussier interventions).
I have seen case pieces sitting on showroom floors that exhibit this embarrassing (and easily corrected) flaw. How can you sell a piece of furniture that looks like that ??
