There are websites that sell
nothing but cabinet knobs and pulls these days. Seems like 3 3/4" and 5" are now the norm, though I know 4" used to be. That seems weird.
The one linked below has a ton. There is also http://CoolKnobsandPulls.com and probably some others.

Website
Not sure about them making copies for you but they do have vintage copies for sale. Look up the website. WWW.Rejuvenation.com

The very last option
would be custom-made pulls. The price would be outrageous. And you wouldn't go to a purveyor of ready-made hardware, as the sourcing is totally different. You'd look for a sculptor or other maker with foundry facilities. Using a design made from available bar stock, with drilled-and-tapped or welded connections, would perhaps be more cost-effective; a machine shop could make those.
I expect you'll find some old-stock pulls with 4" centers long before the custom route becomes necessary. The least costly custom pulls might be made by using one of your existing undamaged pulls as a pattern for casting new ones.

I have
A large box of new old stock pulls that I don't need. Let me get some pics and I will post them. If I do not get to it soonish, by all means give me a nudge.

Nope
I checked and have some that would be right for your dresser, but all of mine have 3" centers. Sorry.

I really appreciate that glass artist! That was really nice of you to check, thanks so much! I found an eBay link to someone selling a set of 2 pulls made by Umbra, they seemed to be perfect for my needs and they're 4" center to center but the seller only has 2 of them and I need 5 total. There must be a way to track down more of these, I don't think Umbra still makes them.

Thanks!

Hi glassartist!
I'm looking for 6 retro drawer pulls for a project - I found some 70s ones I liked on etsy but they sold out before I could get them).
I wonder if you still have those new old stock you mentioned (and if it'd be ok to upload some pictures).
I'll be happy to buy them off you. I'm in Singapore.
