Anybody found THE best glue for refixing the rubber shock mounts to the wooden back of an Eames DCM, LCM or one of the lounge chairs?
I've seen discussions about this and recommendations on US forums, but these glues normally can't be airmailed.

Any UK suggestions?
Cheers

Graham Mancha has offered to supply me with glue. Have you asked him?

Glue for DCM rear shock mounts
I've used PC-7 epoxy paste for shock mounts. It was recommended to me. The good thing about epoxy paste is that it takes about one hour settle, which gives you time to readjust the mounts.
It is now available in Europe through Paintz in the UK.

marine epoxy?
Marine epoxy was suggested to me. I'm sure there are brands available in the UK. It's supposed to retain some flexiblity after setting up whereas regular epoxies become too brittle to flex with the rubber and wood.
I tried a regular epoxy and it cracked off after after a short while. My two chairs are still up in the attic awaiting a guaranteed repair. (As guaranteed as possible, anyway.)
