George Nelson office piece or knockoff?

Hi, found this little wheeled office drawer recently, and it screams "George Nelson" to me. There is a label inside that is foil, but any readable marks are gone. The legs and back look spot-on, but I just can't find proof anywhere.Is the hardware familiar? Could it be from the executive office group? Or do I just have a neat knock-off I got for $5?

It's a Hill-Rom hospital cabinet / bedside table.

They're very cool.
I had one exactly like that out of the Marie Parham Hospital in NC, I believe. Just sold a pair that were slightly newer but very similar that came out of a hospital in Virginia. They still make them today - they're just ugly now.The old ones are great.
