I'm not sure I know the whole story, but the table has been misattributed to Wikkelsø for many years.
Recently it was discovered by Swedish dealer Form Design Scandinavia that the table was actually designed by Fredrik Schriever-Abeln and manufactured by Örebro Glasfabrik. See link below for some images from the catalog where they found the attribution. The attribution has since been confirmed by family members of Schriever-Abeln as well as former employes at Örebro Glas.
