Found two sets of different chairs....But who made them  

2nd set reminds me of kodawood. Did a quick google search and found the same chairs on furnishmevintage, but they also don't know who made them.

Thats what they remind me of as well.

And on the first set, which I am sure I am completely wrong, the arms and webbing are similar to some of axel larsson's chairs. I am likely way off but maybe this might help in your search.

The webbed chairs reminds me a little of Bruno mathsson too. But the legs aren't bendy enough

I know these chairs are close to some designers in some ways and completely different in others..

Where are you located / where did they come from?

I'm located in the Washington DC area.  They came from a junk store. 

I think both sets of chairs came from the same house maybe....also the secound set of chairs there were 3 of them....but I took the two best.  There always seems to be 3 chairs when you need 4!
