Found cool rocking chair but no makers mark...

Found this rocker sometime ago. Just got it back from my sister recently. Is this danish or of asian design. No makers mark. Original black finish with cane.
Anyone has seen this before or know its origin. Thanks in advance.

Several dealers are attributing it to Ilmari Tapiovaara and apparently it was featured in the Dr. No James Bond movie...
If nothing else, Its a place to start...

Rocker is not Tapiovaara. And it also is not finnish. That's all I know about it, I have seen it attributed to him in several sites but that's not true.
