Hi all. Just wondering if you guys have any suggestions on fabric for a chair like this one. The original was that ugly bright flowery stuff. I was thinking maybe a grey wool like maharam divina or something similar. But then again all the fabrics I pick out turn out to be grey:)

Nice looking chair, but I've always wondered how comfortable those angled arm rests are? I have a 1410-C with similar armrests, except they are roughly parallel with the ground.

Armrests
Looks very similar to how your arms rest while sitting in a Bertoia Diamond chair. Not too bad for a little while but I wouldn't want to sit that way for more than 45 mins to an hour.

Gray would be great,
especially charcoal gray. I've done a couple of teak chairs in charcoal and they were stunning! The wood looks so rich against the dark gray.
Check out Maharam/Kvadrat Tonica, it's a wool that I think is very similar to their Hallingdal. Both of them come in a bunch of grays from light to dark.
