I'd like to order an Eames lounge chair from Highbrow in Teneese so I was wondering if anyone has positive (or negative) experience with them.
Also, what is the standard H&M way of packaging the Lounge chair (woodcrate or cardbox) ?

Thanks,

House full.
Our whole house is full of Herman Miller from Highbrow. We got our Eames 670/671 in 7 days. They usually ship next day(except weekends) and send you the tracking number. we onl had one problem, our first Nelson Chest was damaged in shipping and a new one was at my door in 6 days. Make sure that the chair is quickship or you have to wait longer. This will be the last Herman Miller 10% sell, so buy it now.

Lounge box.
Our chair came from Highbrow in a cardboard and wood box. It had all the Herman Miller emblems and the inside was tight and everything fit like the packing was made for it. Highbrow ships it using a freight service and you call them to make a delivery time. It went really smooth.

Highbrow is a great reference
Hi all
I love the Highbrow website. It is so functional, and layed out well. The website has always worked with every web browser and computer I have owned. Then they have pricing that is below almost anyone selling the exact same product. That is a good reference, and you can view pictures of the fabric and finishes if you add an item to your shopping cart, and look at the options. They get A+ marks for web design. Its even better than some of the makers sites, like Knoll.com I have never bought from them though as I mostly buy vintage goods.

I've spoken to Highbrow and...
I've spoken to Highbrow and they were very helpful.
Due to what I've read here and the little contact I've had with them, I'll be making a purchase very soon at Highbrow.
Kind regards LOCKHEART
