Early Florence Knoll Sofa?

Hello Everyone,
I ran into this sofa which I think is a early Florence Knoll design. Can someone help me identify the actually designer for Knoll. Also the sofa is tagged Knoll, but there is the Knoll Associates Park Avenue sticker on the underside of the base that also states Made In Italy on it. I have never seen this sticker before so can someone help explain. One last request, is this sofa 1950s? 1960? 1970?.

It is pre-1968.
