Eames swivel chair, real or fake?

Hi there,
I'm currently looking to buy this chair (see link)
Im concerned that the vendor has told me there are no labels or markings to say it's a Herman Miller/Eames.
Can anyone inform me of any other ways of proving it's the real thing and or a Eames 'style" chair?

I've never seen a fake in tha...
I've never seen a fake in that combination of upholstered armshell and swivel contract base. Looks good to me.

I've just been informed that there is a small embossed V on the front underside (Vitra?) I was looking for the embossed branded Herman Miller logo originally.
