I need 4 red hopsack/cushions for Eames DSW chairs. I have found one shop selling red felt cushions in Berlin but they are far too expensive coming in at near £200.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain some?
Many thanks,
C

Those look like
Parkhaus cushions, which are very nice. Is Parkhaus the shop you found in Berlin?
Foam cushions seem pretty simple. I would expect that any local upholsterer could make some for you at a reasonable price.

I've been looking for the same thing. I've seen the Parkhaus cushions pictured and they'd be even more $ to send them to the U.S. I've been considering buying a roll of industrial wool felt and cutting my own.

You don't have to buy industrial felt (if you're actually serious about that). A bunch of fabric companies offer 100% wool upholstery felt in great colors. Knoll has one and Designtex "Pigment" is another. I think Maharam has one. Those are just off the top of my head.

I'm aware of the Maharam and Knoll offerings, but that would require me to sew it around some sort of padding and it would be difficult to get it to lay flat. My plan is to cut the pad from 1/2-inch thick wool felt, then attach a no-slip backing.

Ah, ok
I thought after I posted that that's what you were talking about. I think it's a great idea.

I thought I'd do a goldenrod/yellow, brown, or lime green pad for this chair:

Thanks for all the advice. I did find this shop... http://www.designerchairs24.com/d_eu_eng/charles-cushion
Parkhaus was the company I was referring. Far too expensive in my opinion. Its a design classic chair not a design classic cushion 🙂
Nice rocker by the way!
