Are washers for the shock mounts fitted to 1st & 2nd generation
Eames armshell chairs manufactured by Zenith Plastics available?

The washers are commonly known as "fender washers" however the washers supplied with the chairs were apparently designed specifically for the chairs & are not available over the counter @ your local hardware store.

First paragraph clearly states a question.

Oh, right...
I swear I'm dyslexic...
I have a few sets with accompanying screws but that's from acquiring Zenith chairs and them selling them to buyers abroad who don't want the bases or hardware. I'd guess you don't see them made available often because a.)they're very rare and b.)most folks would rather not let go of them in case a chair pops up in the future which might be missing hardware.

Yes
I needed washers when I purchased a new base for one of my Zenith shells. I did a trace of the recess and went down to my local marine supply store. They had the exact washer in stainless steel.

I have bought them at common...
I have bought them at common hardware stores before. Its a common zinc washer at Menards, Home Depot, etc...
Want exact sizes? How about this:
25.4MM = 1.0 inch Outer Diameter,
10.9mm = .43 inner dia.
with a thickness of 1.8mm = .07 wide.
My speciman came off a second gen Zenith. Its also unplated with a black oxide coating.

McMaster-Carr has them in aluminum.
In those exact dimensions. $7 per 50 pcs.

Yeah, that's what I figured
which is why I asked for dimensions.
The last thing any furniture maker wants is a chair that requires custom screws, nails, washers, etc. It's extraordinarily rare for a designer to use anything but standard parts that are commonly available from multiple sources, which is why I'm always mystified by the guys who buy Eames-shell screws, etc., on Ebay for 20 to 100 times the retail price that they'd pay at any fastener vendor.
