Hi I picked up this chair the other day from craigslist for $225. I know it is really old, and I know that at one point an idiot painted it green. Other than that, I can't really tell you anything. I bought it with an Evans eames chair with metal legs, so I assume this one is pretty old, but there are no markings.

Anyone know anything about this chair just by looking at the pictures? Any idea how much it is worth? Thanks!

Hmm
Since it was painted then strip, the original finish is presumably gone. So, I would place the value at lower... somewhere in the 500-600 range.

How can you tell it is authentic since there are no markinigs? To me up close it is clearly very old, but with no markings it is hard to tell?
